Barnwood Flooring

EnVue offers a wide selection of reclaimed barnwood lumber flooring.  You can choose from a variety of materials and joints.  Creating your perfect barnwood floor is easy - just start with our Design Your Floor quote tool.

Our reclaimed barnwood lumber flooring comes from authentic, historic barns.  The exterior barnwood is typically old-growth pine, but may vary.  Exterior barnwood has withstood over 100 years of weather.  Interior barnwood material available today varies and reflects whatever was locally available when the barn was raised.  The wood is typically 3/4 of an inch thick, 6-7 inches wide, and 5-6 feet in average length.  Old-growth pine reclaimed lumber is also available in 4, 6, and 7 inch widths. The pine is typically 3/4 of an inch thick, with lengths varying from 3-15 feet.

As with most reclaimed barnwood lumber, the wood comes in many different shades and may include knots, knot holes, whorls, cracks, checks, and nail holes.  These "imperfections" are what provide the flooring their rustic character.  Reclaimed barnwood flooring may also have rough spots and circle-milled saw cut marks.  While some will want to retain these features, we can also plane the lumber for a smoother finish.
